A lot of people ask what exactly constitutes website optimization. Website
optimization is the change of a website's coding, structure and content with
the uploading of server scripts to match the requirements of a search engine
algorithm. Simple meaning: A list of requirements to determine a websites
relevancy for the Search Engines. Optimization is necessary for a website to
be prominently positioned within the results ranking for a given keyword or
search phrase.

What We Will Do...
Meta tags generation: A lot of crawlers are not giving meta tags top
priority due to the increase of "meta abuse" over the past few years. It was
easy to slap a description and keywords in the tags.... that had absolutely
nothing to do with the website, thus making search queries
come up with irrelevant results. This is why crawlers (specifically Google's),
now search the title tag and the body of pages for keywords. It makes finding relevant
sites easier in accordance to the search at hand. Some crawlers do still
search through meta tags, and Google sifts the the description, so we will
generate these tags for you.
Directory submissions: We will place you in all major directories. Crawlers
love directories, and see them as relevant. Some directories (not all) even
get searched within the body of their pages just like any other site. For
example, if you were to type in "auto dealers in Beaumont", some results
will come up with specific auto dealers in Beaumont based on a search
through a directory, and not necessarily through the direct website of the
auto dealer. This of course, needless to say, is a plus.
Search engine submission: We will add you to all major search engines to be
indexed.
robot.txt: A robot.txt file tells a crawler where it cannot go on your
server, leaving only folders and pages relevant to indexing to be crawled.
The robot.txt file instructs the crawler to stay out of very important admin
folders and other private folders that may hold sensitive information about
you, a customer, or the website itself. This is very
important. Also a robot.txt file can help make it easier on the crawler to
successfully crawl your server, instead of dropping out due to some sort of
clutter and confusion. Various crawlers may not index your site as being highly
relevant do to the server not being easily crawled.
Google XML sitemap: We will generate a Google sitemap for the googlebot
crawler to easily find and search through for relevant indexing, and place
it on the server.
HTML sitemap: An HTML sitemap is very useful to your visitors. Corporate
websites began using these to help the surfer easily get around their site
because a lot of sites didn't have had enough room to place all links in the nav
bar, or it wasn't cosmetically been feasible. Sometimes adding all of
the links was too confusing looking. Google figures that any site that has a
special sitemap page, must be full of information (which is what Google
likes "useful" websites with a lot of information) and makes it a purpose to
crawl HTML sitemap pages. XML sitemaps are technical server maps to easily
index a websites main structure, but an HTML site map shows Google your site
connects from page to page and shows the bot the guts of your site and your
sites usefulness. Google travels is via links, and the longer you
keep the bot at your site to sift through your pages, the better. An HTML
sitemap should be non-intrusive, and that is why they should be done a
certain way, and we will do that for you. We do ask that you do not have
over 50 page links for the price we are asking. Anything more then 50 links
in a site-map will cost extra.
Link popularity promotion: The more your site is linked at relevant high PR
websites (not link farms) and clicked, the more your site is seen as
relevant by the search engines. This is like a vote sort of, by the online
community. How many websites point to your site? What is the quality of
these sites? Very importantly, how often do people go to your site from
these links? Your site needs to be well linked in directories, industry
portals, quality link lists, forums, blogs, online publications, etc., and
we will do that for you.
HTML checkup and fix: We will make sure the coding in your pages are search
engine friendly. If there are problems in the coding which we think will
hinder indexing, we will fix it. If the problems are so major that it is
determined your page(s) need redesigned, that is something we can do, but
will cost extra.
Descriptive site titles: Crawlers will list you in the search engines based
on what is said in the title. Therefore, you need a title that is understood
by the surfer as relevant to what he/she is searching for. If your title is
weak, the surfer may skip you and go to the next listing. This is a case
where it's not only important that you are on top, but how you sell yourself
when you are there. It is necessary to make sure people want to click your
site,
even if you are number one.
Keyword analysis: It is important to find relevant keywords not used by your
competitors, but at the same time keywords that are very relevant to your
site. If the keywords you use are not used much by your competitors, you
have an edge with being listed number one with those words. The keywords
must be relevant and highly used by surfers, and not words that are industry
specific. Because of this you will be using many that your competitors use,
but we also need to utilize words that ARE relevant to the surfer, but
perhaps words that your competitors have overlooked, or maybe they aren't
using them enough. Keywords that "hone in" on where you are is important as

but do quite nicely with "auto dealers in Beaumont".

Turnaround time: Doing the server scripts and search engine submissions will
only take a few days, but we might need a little longer to get you in the
directories and other link list. This could be a process that takes up to 2

and sites are listed manually by people. Some directories take a couple of
days to list sites. Some take month. DMOZ has been known to take a year or
more.

did hit the top 10 with a popular search (especially as quick as they
promise) who's to say you'll stay there? If it's that easy to get you there,
remember it would be just as easy to knock you out of the picture. Again, we
are talking about mathematical probabilities here. Now, is there is a chance
you'll get on page one with a popular search string? Sure, especially if
your optimized. But be realistic. This is a process that takes a lot of work

possible for a high ranking, but you are in competition with a lot of people
in your field and nobody, and we mean NOBODY can make an honest promise to
get you in the top 10 with a popular search word or phrase, especially in
